Looking Glass @ MAS

The "Looking Glass", a FinTech Innovation Lab at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) seeks to help financial institutions, start-ups or technology vendors with an idea, by supporting the experimentation and deployment of the FinTech solution; and by facilitating consultations with industry experts on areas of interest such as legal, regulation, and business-related matters.

SME Go Digital Programme

SMEs wanting to build stronger digital capabilities can participate in the SMEs Go Digital programme from 1 April 2017. The programme will cover basic needs including productivity tools such as accounting software, digital ordering and payment, and fleet management; and more advanced needs such as cybersecurity, data protection, and data analytics.

Automation Support Package (ASP)

If you are a company looking to deploy automation solutions to increase operational productivity, consider applying for ASP to tap on tax and loan incentives to defray the cost of large-scale deployment of automation solutions across existing operations.


Technology Adoption Programme (TAP)

SMES ready to leverage technology to improve productivity can tap on TAP! The programme supports collaboration amongst public sector research institutes, private sector technology providers, Institutes of Higher Learning, Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) and private sector system integrators, to identify and translate new technologies into Ready-to-Go (RTG) solutions.


The Financial Sector Technology and Innovation Scheme

To support the creation of a vibrant ecosystem for innovation in FinTech, the Financial Sector Technology and Innovation scheme was launched under the Financial Sector Development Fund to support:

  • Proof-of-Concept projects: To support the early stage development of innovative projects in the industry;
  • Institution-level projects: To catalyse the development of innovative solutions that have the potential to promote growth, efficiency or competitiveness;
  • Industry-wide projects: To support the building of industry-wide technology infrastructure or utility that is required for the delivery of new, integrated services; and
  • Innovation centres: To attract FIs to set up their innovation labs in Singapore.
