InnoLeap

The programme offers a series of platforms which serve as a catalyst for transforming problem statements into innovative solutions in a digital ecosystem. It brings together public sector agencies with challenging problem statements and RIs, IHLs, and commercial entities with innovative solutions.Through such highly interactive platforms, challenges and problem statements are identified for innovative solutioning and implementation.


Looking Glass @ MAS

The "Looking Glass", a FinTech Innovation Lab at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) seeks to help financial institutions, start-ups or technology vendors with an idea, by supporting the experimentation and deployment of the FinTech solution; and by facilitating consultations with industry experts on areas of interest such as legal, regulation, and business-related matters.

The Financial Sector Technology and Innovation Scheme

To support the creation of a vibrant ecosystem for innovation in FinTech, the Financial Sector Technology and Innovation scheme was launched under the Financial Sector Development Fund to support:

  • Proof-of-Concept projects: To support the early stage development of innovative projects in the industry;
  • Institution-level projects: To catalyse the development of innovative solutions that have the potential to promote growth, efficiency or competitiveness;
  • Industry-wide projects: To support the building of industry-wide technology infrastructure or utility that is required for the delivery of new, integrated services; and
  • Innovation centres: To attract FIs to set up their innovation labs in Singapore.
